At Chain Reaction, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if it's not the right fit, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Our streamlined process is designed to get you back to your peak performance as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is well-protected for transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
